Where does content production get stuck?
Built for judgment
We build your content engine, then run it.
Three layers keep fast production from becoming generic production.
The source of truth
Company memory
A company content memory that gets sharper every month
We compile your product docs, site, deck, sales calls, customer proof, claims, and founder point of view into one working source of truth. Every asset starts from your reality, not the internet's average.
Requests
In progress
Ready
Production system
One production board
You’ll get a shared Notion or Trello board for requests and status, plus a Slack channel for strategy, questions, and feedback. You approve direction; Ohara keeps the work moving.
Editorial review
A useful claim needs evidence.
The customer calls show a clear pattern. Lead with the proof, then explain the product.
Editorial standard
Human GTM judgment on everything that ships
AI handles speed and volume. A senior operator checks the angle, evidence, voice, and usefulness. If your market does not need to hear it, said that way, it gets fixed or cut.
Built around your motion
The content your GTM motion actually needs.
We set the GTM priority first, then build the right mix of content around the outcome.

FAQs
No. We use AI where it saves time, then a senior operator checks the idea, evidence, voice, and final quality. Our team is made up of people with 5+ years of experience shipping content for B2B SaaS and AI companies. We learned the craft before generative AI and now use it to move faster without lowering the bar.
Setup starts in week one. We’ll open a shared Slack channel and Notion or Trello board, then start the first briefs and assets while we build the company memory. We need one weekly call, access to the relevant material, and one person who can approve direction.
The first month gets the system moving. The next cycles show the value of a team that already knows your company and gets faster with each round.
Publish-ready files are included. CMS uploads and social scheduling can be added when you need them.
Yes. It depends on the format, research required, and the rest of the month’s workload, but we try our best to accommodate useful requests. If it fits the engine, we make room. If it needs a separate scope, we will tell you upfront.
Fair usage is capped at 35 finished assets per month. The limits below are category ceilings, not quotas that all apply at once; we build the mix around what matters most that month.
| What ships | Limit | What counts |
|---|---|---|
| Articles | Up to 20/month | Short or long; each finished article counts as one asset. |
| Founder social | Up to 20 posts/account/month | Additional founder or company accounts are scoped separately. |
| Case studies | Up to 2/month | Built from supplied interviews and evidence. Customer interviews are scoped separately. |
| Web pages | Up to 4/month | Landing, comparison, launch, and other production-ready pages. |
| Up to 2 sequences or 10 emails/month | One-off newsletters and announcements count as one email. | |
| Sales content | Up to 8/month | One-pagers, battlecards, objection docs, decks, and cutdowns. |
| Campaigns | 1 larger package/month | A launch pack, lead magnet, whitepaper, or mini-eBook. Research-heavy reports are limited to one per quarter. |
Two revision rounds are included per asset. If you need more than the mix allows, we scope a heavier month separately. These limits apply to the starting plan: $3k/month with a three-month minimum. Higher plans come with higher limits.

Deb Mukherjee is a B2B SaaS and AI growth leader with over 11 years of experience across 40+ companies. He helped scale Numeral from zero to $3.2M ARR, built a monthly organic pipeline of $500K, and led growth at Staytuned, Wonderment, and DelightChat. He has built content, SEO, partner, and go-to-market programs from the ground up. Ohara turns that operator experience into a content production system for lean teams.
